Week 2 Weigh in

Down another 500g this week! With the amount of exercise I have done this week I will be honest and say that it would have been nice to see more of a loss but I am pretty close to my goal weight now and it is harder to get that last bit off! Oh and I do have the tendency to pick…I pick at the girls leftovers, I pick as I cook, I pick as I pack away the leftovers into the freezer, I pick after dinner while watching TV…yes it is a VERY bad habit of mine and I really need to kick it if I am going to succeed in this long term.


  1. I so hear you... I think that's a big downfall of mine too... what tips do you have? I drink 1/2-1 litre of water which makes me bloated and not at all feel like eating, i brush my teeth cos the pepperminty flavour takes away the 'urge' to pick... i drink pepsi max or a cup of tea while cooking dinner to give myself something to 'do', so i don't pick!!!!! i wonder if i'll ever be able to not be conscious of it!!! :) Cathy dP.

  2. I have found this past week that if I exercise in the evening I don't feel like eating. I also try to keep my hands busy after dinner with my knitting or sewing and a cup of tea. While I am cooking I have found that chewing gum mixed in with gum is really not nice. Also as soon as the girls have finished I dump any leftovers into the same bowls along with anything that landed on the floor (as it often does!) and mix it together...I am not going to eat that anymore!
