Goals

If you don’t know where you are going how can you work out how to get there?

1 month

  • Run 3km without stopping
  • Loose 2kg (the two I have gained over the last 2 months!)

3 months – I turn 30! What a way to see i my 30’s!

  • Run 10km without stopping
  • Do 10 push-ups on my toes
  • Loose 5kg
  • Look FAB for my 30th!

  1. Hi again, I just wanted to encourage you that you CAN and WILL do it!! Reading your post, I pretty much had the exact same goals as you (even down to the push ups!) just over a year ago and "just" had an exercise bike and treadmill also (I go to the Kingborough Fitness Centre now, but have only been going for the last 2 months).

    Just an idea, why don't you add a 'long term' goal or two and decide to do the 'Run the Bridge' (10km) fun run in February next year or the 'City to Casino' (11km) run in May?!! I did my first City to Casino last year (when I was 30!) and made a pact with myself to do it every year for the next 10 years! It's a really fun thing to do and a great way to keep yourself on track fitness/health-wise, I reckon!!
